End User License Agreement (EULA) for [Your Twitch Panel Extension]

1. License

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

3. Ownership

The Developer retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Extension, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Extension.

4. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Developer may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease all use of the Extension.

5. No Warranty

The Extension is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Developer does not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension, including but not limited to data loss, service disruption, or security breaches.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to the Agreement

The Developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Extension after any such modifications shall constitute your consent to the changes.
